With the current ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic we, at Playsafe Playgrounds wanted everyone to know that our thoughts are with everyone who’s been affected by this global outbreak of the virus. We would also like to reassure you that our company is doing everything physically possible to adhere to the UK Government’s advice and recommendations, along with monitoring the situation extremely closely as this can be updated and change on a daily basis. Our top priority is the Health and Safety of all our staff (whether they are in our office, yard or onsite), our suppliers and customers.

With all this guidance in mind, Playsafe Playgrounds have taken the following action:

Office Staff –
From Tuesday 24^th March, our office staff have been working from home.

Computers: Everyone has their office PC/Laptop and have full access to the Playsafe Playgrounds Office Network.

During this period of working from home, our office staff are still able to offer:

• Remote consultation and Project updates
• Design of new and current projects
• General enquiries and advice

Installation Teams –
Playsafe Playgrounds currently have a number of skeleton teams of two, who due to their nature of work (i.e. not coming into contact with the general public or other contractors) are still operational in a limited capacity. They have all the necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and are strictly following the latest government guidance on social distancing and workplace hygiene practices.

During this period they are still able to offer:

• Limited Play Area Installation (Assuming current work place regulations apply)
• Temporary decommissioning of Play Areas e.g. swing seat removal
• Any works classed as ‘Essential’
• Emergency Works

Our Customers –
Playsafe Playgrounds are not meeting any clients on a face to face basis until further notice hence, any meetings will take place via video conferencing (e.g. Skype/Whatsapp technologies) or using our telephony conference system/mobiles.

In Summary –
We are doing everything possible to ensure the safety of not only our dedicated staff but also our customers and minimise any disruption during these challenging times. Playsafe Playgrounds have the appropriate measures in place and facilities available, thus minimising the impact to our clients.

We completely recognise the severity and importance of everyone doing their part in dealing with this global pandemic and wish to join with everyone in fighting the virus by responding in the appropriate way
